The Corporate Registry Unit is responsible for the registration of corporations, extra-provincial corporations, cooperatives, non-profit companies and societies
Reporting to the Supervisor of Corporate Registries and as a member of the Corporate Registry business unit, you will be part of a team responsible for Corporate Registry program governance, policy development, project work and administration including liaison with other business areas, government departments, stakeholders, the public, and other jurisdictions.
Your knowledge of the Corporate Registry related legislation, policy and procedures and challenges will enable you to consult with the registry agents and members of the public to address a variety of issues and questions.

University graduation in a field related or equivalent as described below

Corporate Registry Specialist, is expected to have knowledge and/or experience in:
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all relevant statutes, legislation and filing requirements, or experience with related legislation.
A cover letter that outlines how your experience relates to the position qualifications is also required.

There is One permanent full-time position positions available, located in the John E. Brownlee Building, Edmonton.
