This role is responsible for the successful delivery and execution of professional services-led implementations and projects. Leading both customer and internal stakeholders, you'll bring subject matter expertise in specific functional areas (AlayaCare Platform, Home Care industry) that drives value into project deliverables. You'll manage complex components of engagements, working closely with customers to understand pain points and achieve positive outcomes, and you'll own the quality of project delivery and the reporting of customer outcomes. This is an individual contributor role that gains seniority through ongoing specialization.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You'll Do</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Lead teams through the Discovery phase, including project requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reports, testing, and user training</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting customer issues as they arise and looping in the project manager when issues may impact project scope, timeline, or budget</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Partner with Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition for customers out of the stabilization stage of their customer journey</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Contribute to the development of repeatable professional services offerings and packages</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Deliver data-driven consulting recommendations based on industry and segment best practices</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Execute on defined professional services engagements</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Identify new Professional Services opportunities with existing customers, engaging with Account Managers to define and pitch those opportunities</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support Implementation Specialists in learning the product and market, and in delivering quality engagements</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Provide input into the development of new professional services offerings</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Provide ongoing coaching to Implementation Specialists on your projects, including documenting feedback useful to their manager</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and compliance with, internal processes and procedures</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Perform other job-related duties as assigned</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Travel will be required</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">Occasional work on the weekend is required</li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You Bring to the Team</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">4+ years of experience in software or business process consulting and/or home health care</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">2+ years of experience leading complex internal/external engagements, including functional and cross-functional teams</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">Exceptional written and verbal communications in both English and French</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">A passion for understanding customers' business goals and challenges</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">The ability to effectively communicate with customer leadership</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">The ability to recognize and articulate complex problems related to a project</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Deep expertise in the AlayaCare platform and/or relevant functional areas</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience successfully delivering presentations and managing meetings</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">The ability to handle various projects simultaneously, adapting quickly and easily while managing competing priorities</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">A strong willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage time effectively to meet pressing deadlines</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Location and Work Model</h2> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">This role is based in the Greater Montreal Area.
