Key duties:

• Perform core accounting tasks including account verification, reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and financial valuations using standard references.
• Support financial operations by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data or documentation issues.
• Identify and escalate process deviations, applying standard procedures to maintain operational integrity.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounting, Finance or related field an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Ability to multitask and anticipate process before directed to do so; 
• Ability to run reports, analyze data and prepare spreadsheets;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment ;
• Ability to prioritize duties and use good judgement;
• Degree in progress in Accounting, Finance or related field an asset;
• Bilingual an asset;
