Job Description

We are looking for a Production Team Lead in Ajax, Ontario!

What you're responsible for: 

• Dealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organization's objectives, regulations, and procedures
• Sorting, processing and storage of various metals
• Coordinating, organize and supervise their team in order to carry out the various day-to-day activities of operations and to ensure that the schedule is followed
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory and inputting data into site software such as Microsoft Suite and additional programs
• Monitoring facility cleanliness and orderliness.

Qualifications

To join our team:

• 3+ years of experience in the recycling or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional programs
• Shipping and receiving experience is an asset
• You have strong communication skills, can take initiative and lead a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
