Job Description

As the  Accounting Technician  at Honeycomb, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the business, ensuring timely processing and reporting of transactions.

What you’re responsible for

  • Entering financial data: purchases, expenses, and other routine transactions. 
  • Monitoring accounts payable and follow up on outstanding balances. 
  • Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments. 
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations and account monitoring. 
  • Managing group and company wide intercompany transactions. 
  • Participating in month-end activities such as posting journal entries. 
  • Participating in improving accounting processes and implementing internal controls. 

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • You have 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • You have strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
  • You have high attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
  • You are bilingual in French and English.
