About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Regional Marketing  to lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across a large and high-impact portfolio of dental practices. This is a critical role with significant visibility, supporting a substantial portion of the organization’s growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring a hands-on marketer who can translate business goals into effective local campaigns while maintaining alignment with national priorities. You will work closely with practice leaders, Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver marketing programs that drive patient acquisition and retention.

The role also includes managing and developing team members, while contributing to broader marketing processes, standards, and playbooks that support scale across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute regional marketing plans based on clinic performance, market dynamics, and growth objectives
• Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across clinics, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with national strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor to practice leaders and Operations partners on local marketing strategy and priorities
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization
• Develop and lead marketing audits, action plans, and performance reviews for clinics
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs
• Lead marketing support for new clinic openings, acquisitions, rebrands, and relocations
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for key marketing initiatives
• Review and approve patient-facing marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance
• Support clinic onboarding and education, including presentations and ongoing guidance
• Act as a point of escalation for marketing-related questions and support within the region
• Manage, coach, and develop team members, supporting performance and growth
• Contribute to the development of processes, templates, and best practices across the marketing function

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to multi-site, regional, or franchise environments
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, including paid media, local marketing, and content
• Experience building and executing marketing strategies tied to business performance and ROI
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or service-based industries is an asset
