Must have skills*
1) QA / Testing experience of about 8-10 years at least

2) QA/Test management skills and experience of at least 3-5 years

3) Excellent skills in preparing test strategy, test plan, risk planning, project management, team management & customer management

4) Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a diverse environment

5) Excellent written and oral communication

6) Excellent presentation & general articulation

7) Problem solving and ability to pro-actively seeking solutions for up-coming possible issue/problems

Good to have skills*
Excellent skills / experience in Digital DevOps & CI/CD from QA/Testing perspective. Experience in Test Automation and knowledge of either Selenium / Katalon / UFT Experience in Performance testing and other non-functional testing
