Role Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Translate business objectives into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and data specifications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define data-driven solutions.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Support enterprise data strategy initiatives, including data governance, data quality, and data modernization programs.

• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional alignment meetings

.• Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support Agile delivery teams.

• Partner with data engineering teams on ETL processes, data models, and reporting solutions.

• Define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for business performance monitoring.

• Support data quality monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives

.• Conduct UAT planning, test case reviews, and business validation activities

.• Drive process optimization and automation opportunities through analytics and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

•  years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Owner, or related role.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple functions.

• Experience defining KPIs, business metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
