What you will be doing:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales team, creating an environment built on collaboration, accountability, and enthusiasm.
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve sales objectives and support overall dealership performance.
• Coach sales professionals throughout the customer journey, helping them build confidence, product knowledge, and strong customer relationships.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify opportunities, and help turn those opportunities into results.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Sales team members.
• Help create a Sales environment where customers feel welcomed, understood, and excited about their vehicle journey.
• Build strong relationships with customers and step in to support more complex opportunities when needed.
• Work closely with other dealership departments to create a seamless experience from purchase through ownership.
• Bring the Volkswagen brand to life through your leadership, product enthusiasm, and customer focus.
• Continue developing your own leadership capabilities while helping your team grow.

What you bring to the role:

• Previous automotive sales experience is required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset, with a strong interest in continuing to grow as a leader.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and the ability to get people excited about the products you represent.
• Strong communication, coaching, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, performance metrics, and dealership processes.
• The confidence to lead from the floor and get involved when your team needs you.
• A positive, energetic approach and the ability to bring people along with you.
• A willingness to learn, challenge yourself, and take the next step in your career.
