As an Apprentice Technician with Steele Volkswagen, you will work alongside experienced technicians, developing your skills in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technology while learning the various aspects of dealership service operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your technical expertise, advance your apprenticeship, and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Hourly wage range: $19.20 - $29.00, depending on apprenticeship level

How you will make an impact:

Diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (brakes, steering, suspension, drivability issues - you name it).
Performing routine and advanced maintenance tasks.
Working efficiently and independently in the shop.
Keeping repair documentation neat, accurate, and up to date.
Teaming up with seasoned techs to sharpen your skills.

What drives your success:

Passionate about the automotive industry
Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License
