Building Science Technologist (Property Condition Assessments)

Annual Salary Range: CAD 55,000-65,000

Pinchin is seeking a Building Science Technologist to join our Property Condition Assessment (PCA) and Building Science team in Lower Mainland. This role reports to the Team Leader.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support Property Condition Assessments, Building Condition Assessments, Depreciation Reports / Reserve Fund Studies, and Capital Planning projects. You will apply your knowledge of building construction and building systems to evaluate the condition of existing facilities, identify deficiencies, and provide clients with practical recommendations for maintenance, repair, and replacement planning.
