Pinchin is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team in Mississauga, ON. Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, this is a replacement role for an established position.
Role Overview
As a Billing Coordinator, you will support the billing activities of projects across the organization. Partnering with Project Managers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate project setup, prepare and process client invoices, maintain project records, and help ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Your Role and Action
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in producing accurate work, building positive relationships with internal stakeholders, and providing exceptional support throughout the billing process.
