Howyou’llmake an impact

As a Relationship Managementstudentemployee,you’llsupport Relationship Management Associates (RMAs) and Relationship Managers through customer onboarding, administrative activities, customersupportand portfolio support tasks. Your work will help maintain service levels, support operational efficiency, and allow RMAs and Relationship Managers to focus on proactive customer engagement, renewals, customer profile maintenance, digital adoptioninitiativesand business development opportunities. 

You’llbe part of FCC’s Financing team, working closely with RMAs, RelationshipManagersand customers to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting business continuity during peak workloads. This role also provides valuable exposure to careers in Financing and Relationship Management.

Whatyou'lldo

  • Support customer onboarding and lending intake activities, including collecting and reviewing required documentation 

  • Assist RMAs and Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, customercommunicationsand follow-up activities 

  • Maintainaccuratedocument retention, document uploading and records management processes 

  • Provide customer support and help ensure customers receivetimelyand professional service 

  • Support portfolio management activities, customer profilemaintenanceand digital adoption initiatives 

  • Assistwith prospecting, marketing initiatives, community engagementactivitiesand other operational support tasks that enhance team capacity and customer experience

Whatyou’llbring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree, diploma or certificate program inadministration,business,commerce,agriculture,agriculturalfinance,economics,managementor a related field 

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment 

  • Customer service mindset and eagerness to learn 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Interest in agricultural finance, businessfinancingor relationship management 

  • Experience in customer service, administration,salesor business support roles 

  • Knowledge of lending, documentation, recordsmanagementor portfolio support processes 

  • Bilingualism (English and French)is an asset
