As aStudentLoans Analyst,you’llsupport documentation, workflow management, reporting, operationalactivitiesand project initiatives that help lending and underwriting teamsmaintainservice levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences.You’llbe part of teams that support Commercial Agriculture Underwriting, Underwriting Business Financing and CommercialLendingoperations, working closely with Loans Analysts, Senior LoansAnalysts,and business partners.If you enjoy learning new things, collaborating withothers,and gaining practical business experience, this could be the role for you.
Whatyou'lldo
Support operational activities, documentation preparation,trackingand reporting
Assistwith process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization efforts
Help teams respond to peak workload periods, seasonal volumeincreasesand account reviews
Support reporting, datagatheringand project activities
Assistwithcreditassessmentand commercial lending transformation work
Organize information and support workflow management activities that contribute to service levels and turnaround times
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications:
Currently enrolled inagriculturaleconomics,commerce,finance,agriculture,businessor a related post-secondary program
Strong analytical thinking,organizationand attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in lending, underwriting, commercialfinancingor customer service
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with reporting,documentationor workflow-related activities
Interest in agricultural lending and credit risk assessment
Curiosity,adaptabilityand commitment to continuous learning
Intermediate/advancedproficiencyin both official languages (English and French)
