Partner with discipline directors and technical leadership to balance visual quality, feature ideas, scope, and schedule.
Identify technical risks early, especially related to performance, scalability, and platform constraints, and guide mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies affecting Core systems and ensure execution remains on track through milestones.
Support data-informed decision-making using telemetry, performance captures, and profiling outputs.

Establish clear communication channels for surfacing performance health, technical debt, and long-term investment needs.
Improve production workflows that support technical teams, allowing efficient delivery of foundational work.
This would be a Hybrid role working out of our EAV Studio

Experience using performance metrics, profiling tools, and telemetry data to inform production decisions.
Experience shipping and supporting a large-scale or live service PC title.
