What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager, FP&A. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business, located at 121 King Street West, Toronto ON. You will report directly to the Director, FP&A and regularly collaborate within the Finance team as well as with cross-functional teams and departments.

As a Manager, FP&A, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Reviewing monthly consolidated results and provide guidance on analysis and commentary.
  • Overseeing monthly and quarterly variance analysis packages, ensuring key business drivers, risks, and opportunities are clearly explained.
  • Managing the preparation of monthly management reports, standard reports, financial summaries, and Executive leadership materials.
  • Providing direction, guidance, and review to analysts to support accurate, high-quality reporting, forecasting, analysis, and leadership materials.
  • Supporting month-end close activities by reviewing actual results, accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations as required.
  • Partnering with cross-functional leaders to understand business performance, operational trends, and key financial drivers.
  • Leading and support the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Reviewing budget and forecast submissions, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and ensure outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with business expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end processes.
  • Supporting ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
  • Providing direction, guidance, and review to analysts to support accurate, high-quality reporting, forecasting, analysis, and leadership materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant and progressive finance experience, ideally in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or other relevant designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and month-end close processes.
  • Experience reviewing financial results, preparing analysis, and developing reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and executive-ready presentation materials.
  • Experience with ERP, Alteryx, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay Transparency

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $120,000 to $140,000.
