Internship Employee Communications (Winter 2027)

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Working closely with the Employee Communications team to define and execute communication plans and strategies.
• Executing projects, such as creating emails, content for on-site televisions, writing and formatting articles in Canva.
• Writing emails, speaking notes, FAQs, and presentations to engage and mobilize our employees.
• Conducting interviews, interacting with employees, and writing compelling stories and announcements, including articles for our internal magazine.
• Conducting various research assignments and analyzing data.
• Helping coordinate and promote employee events.
• Proofreading texts, interact with other members of the communications and operations team to coordinate translations or filming, and participate in special projects.

What we are looking for:

• Are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in communications, HR, public relations, journalism, political science or equivalent discipline.
• Communicate very well in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Are eager to learn and have a winning attitude.
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented and motivated.
• Are able to follow instructions and quickly assimilate information.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Suite Office and Canva.
• Are comfortable learning and using new information tools.
