Intern, Project Manager (Winter 2027)

What are your contributions to the team?

• Coordinate and monitor projects by planning, organizing, and engaging various stakeholders and committees within the Interiors sector.
• Identify, document, and optimize key processes that support the achievement of operational objectives while promoting the sharing of best practices.
• Work closely with site leaders to support operational priorities and strategic initiatives.Analyze gaps between project scope and expected outcomes and participate in developing and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new management and information technology tools.
• Demonstrate leadership while embodying Bombardier’s vision and values. 

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently pursuing studies in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (college diploma or bachelor's degree).
• You have a strong interest in project management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
• You demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.You enjoy managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written, and have a functional level of English.
