• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Develop skills with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), aircraft management software (MES, NCMS), and gain exposure to scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.).
• Gain exposure to data-driven tools used in operations, learning how to apply basic models for process optimization and strategic analytics.
• Participate in working-level and senior leadership meetings, gaining profound insights into strategic planning, scheduling, and executive governance.
• Learn about aircraft systems, parts, and the manufacturing assembly line while mastering key soft skills like project management and cross-functional communication.
• Explore how continuous improvement and smart factory initiatives are transforming modern aerospace operations.
• Strengthen key competencies in project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create comprehensive business cases and support aircraft operational research projects.
