The Senior Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring products and materials move accurately and efficiently through our warehouse operations.
In this role, you will support shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. You will work closely with internal teams and transportation providers to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly, incoming materials are properly received, and inventory records remain accurate.
This is a fully on-site role based in Mississauga, Ontario. The regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Impact Through Execution
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Accurately package, label, and weigh outgoing items
- Confirm the appropriate shipping method and associated shipping charges
- Prepare waybills, boxes, and other required shipping documentation
- Coordinate shipment pickups with transportation providers
- Build, strap, and wrap pallets for shipment
- Prepare pick lists and other order-related paperwork as required
Receiving & Material Handling
- Inspect and receive incoming shipments
- Identify and report shortages, damaged packages, or shipment discrepancies
- Stock incoming materials in their designated warehouse locations
- Move and store products and materials safely and accurately
- Organize warehouse stock to support efficient picking and inventory control
Inventory Management
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and support the maintenance of required inventory levels
- Complete monthly reconciliation counts for inventory held at external warehouse locations
- Work closely with the Inventory and Warehouse Analyst to help maintain sufficient product levels and minimize customer back orders
- Monitor packaging materials and maintain appropriate inventory levels across internal and external warehouse locations
- Support accurate inventory returns and transfer orders
Systems & Documentation
- Enter Non-Conformities, Material Requests, Inventory Returns, and transfer orders into the ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records
- Complete required warehouse documentation accurately and on time
- Support general warehouse administration and order-processing activities
Warehouse Organization, Quality & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Ensure stock and merchandise are properly boxed, stored, and clearly organized
- Maintain cardboard recycling and support general warehouse housekeeping
- Follow and promote all corporate, quality, and health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete work in accordance with applicable quality system requirements

Your Unique Expertise
Required Skills
- Completion of secondary school or CEGEP
- Approximately four years of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize daily work and solve problems quickly
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity when handling inventory and maintaining records
- Ability to remain standing and perform physical warehouse work for extended periods
Asset Skills
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment
- Experience completing inventory cycle counts and reconciliations
- Experience coordinating shipments with transportation providers
- Experience managing inventory across multiple or external warehouse locations
- Familiarity with Non-Conformities, Material Requests, Inventory Returns, or similar quality and inventory documentation
This role has a base salary range of $49,000 CAD to $58,000 CAD. Final offers are determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
