We are looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto bethe face ofour collision repair facility in Mississaugato our customers anddemonstrateour values and work to our principles, and those of Aviva.You will bea supportive and active team memberincarryingout all duties in the areas of customerservice, parts, planning transportation and driving. The Customer Service Representativewillensure vehicles are collected,repairedand returned to customers within expected time standards.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers' needs are at the heart of our operations. By achievinghigh levelsof customer satisfaction and mastering the principles of customer experience management—including customer insight&brand integrity—you will help shape how our businessoperates.

WhatYou’llDo: 

  • Takeinitiativeand prioritize duties as agreed with site leaders to drivehigh levelsof customer satisfaction at all times

  • Provide customer repair updates using the agreed method with the customer,i.e.Face to face, email, phone, text, etc.

  • Collect excess paymentsina timelyandaccuratemanner

  • Resolve customer querieswith professionalism and a customer-first approach

  • Commit to an environment of continuous improvement

  • Responsiblefor safe and courteous handling of customer vehicles,including pickingup a customer's car from a designated location, driving it to the fulfilment centre, and returning it to thecustomer’sagreed location.

  • Make decisions that positivelyimpactthe site and the customer, and escalate issues where appropriate

  • PromoteAvivaAutoCareCentrevalues and goals

WhatYou’llBring:

  • Post-secondary education

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experienceinworking within thecollisionrepair industry

  • Knowledge ofcollision repair industry and insurance principlesareconsidered an asset

  • Solidknowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures

  • Demonstrates adaptability and openness to change with a proactive mindset in embracing new work practices and technologies

  • Proficiencyusing body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect preferred

  • Strong customer-focused background combined with excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment 

  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Outstanding customer service abilities

  • Ability tobe detail orientedshowing exceptional quality control

  • Proven abilityto take direction andperform wellunder pressure


WhatYou’llGet: 

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
