Are you an experienced HR professional who loves operating as a strategic consultant to senior leaders? Do you apply a mix of best practices and your own creative problem solving to identify opportunities? Are you energized by the idea of working for a company with a 15 year track record of helping HR leaders across industries make better decisions using their people data?
Our team is growing and we are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to work with our CX, Embedded Analytics, APAC, and Back Office teams. Your client group spans multiple countries with a wide array of types of roles and a direct partnership with a mandate to support the development of talent density. We’re looking for someone with a strategic consultant mindset who can quickly establish trust and learn the business in order to provide high-impact advice and partnership.

Form a strategic partnership with your client group. You’ll be working closely with your client group to deeply understand key business priorities and provide partnership through tailored talent initiatives and advice to help achieve those priorities.
Drive manager effectiveness. You will provide direct partnership to our managers and coach them to be even more successful. You will also participate in the development and deployment of org-wide learning initiatives to expand the toolkits of our managers.
Facilitate the development of talent density. Work with leaders and stakeholders across teams to assess organizational needs and support the development of talent density in your client group.
Navigate Employee Relations. You will manage employee relations cases from start to finish, applying your existing knowledge of best practices and employment law alongside your deep understanding of business priorities, your creative thinking and consultation skills.
Champion data-driven decision-making. We created the industry leading people analytics platform and we want your help to ‘drink our own champagne’. Through our amazing software, leverage data insights to help leaders make better decisions.
Lead talent projects and initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and lead a centre of excellence within P&C.

The base pay range for this position in the Canada is $100 - $125k / year + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
