Exciting Opportunity: Technical Analyst 

We're seeking a talented Technical Analyst to join our vibrant team. The Data Install team is the first technical introduction for brand new Verafin customers. We are fighting financial crime – one new customer at a time! 

What You'll Do: 

• Set up Secure File Transfer Protocol connections 

• Work with customers to receive and validate data 

• Set up custom import code 

• Work with customers to validate data in the application 

• Resolve issues from validation 

What We're Looking For: 

• 1 – 3 years experience  

• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities  

• Strong organizational and time management skills required to effectively manage changing priorities  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

• Outstanding customer support skills  

• Knowledge of some or all:  

• Object-Oriented Programming  

• JSON  

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)  

• Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK)  

• SQL 

• XML

• Working cross functionally with various teams to help find solutions  

• Has a knack for understanding how things work

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
