What You'll Do:
Analyze and understand client needs and goals
Design customized programs based on individual client needs
Provide clients with the coaching and motivation to achieve their fitness goals
Raise awareness and education of Medcan Fitness and other Medcan services
Client communication and scheduling
Client retention
What You'll Need:
2-3 years Fitness/Personal Training experience
Degree in Kinesiology or related discipline
Certifications and experience in Movement assessment, Program design, effective exercise prescription: mobility and progressing with load.
Current CPR certification
Client service experience, ideally in a high-end environment
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate level in MS Word and Outlook
The role reports to the Team Lead, Fitness and will be part of a team of 40+ members. The Personal Trainer is required to train a minimum of 25 training hours per week once the appropriate client roster has been established. Medcan operates Monday through Sunday.
