Browse AI is experiencing a surge in demand for our Premium Managed Service offering, and we need a strong technical leader to own and drive this initiative forward.
Our Premium Managed Service offering is trusted by clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, with annual spend anywhere from $20,000 to several hundred thousand dollars. Your leadership will be key in shaping the future of these relationships, ensuring that our clients continue to rely on us for mission-critical data to run their business.
As the Director of Solutions, you will be the cornerstone of this operation. We are looking for the right candidate to lead this team and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely data that powers business decisions for our customers across various industries.
As Director of Solutions, you’ll be responsible for managing all client relationships, owning their project delivery, and leading and managing the team members to ensure each Premium Managed Service is executed flawlessly.
This role is hands-on and client-facing. You'll collaborate with internal technical team members to deliver custom data solutions, all while maintaining excellent and proactive communication with clients to exceed their expectations.
Our Premium Managed Service customers each have a signed contract (min 1 year) from our sales team. You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure you understand the details of each new customer, what they require from us, with the ultimate goal that Sales can present solutions to customers in the fastest time possible. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Founder/CEO for the foreseeable future on client solutions and strategy to build efficiencies into our Data Solutions motion. It’s critical that your team and our Sales team are well aligned to over-deliver on customer expectations.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills. You should be someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-driven environment and enjoys managing cross-functional teams to execute on complex, data-driven projects.
