The Senior Policy Analyst reports to the Director, Status of Women.

University graduation in in a social science or related field of study plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience. Equivalencies will be considered.
Equivalency:
Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of: one year of experience for one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.
Skills and Assets:
Project management experience and/or statistical analysis would be an asset.
Strong writing skills are required.
