Reporting to the IT Network Infrastructure Manager, the Senior Network Analyst is responsible for the provisioning, configuration, operation and maintenance of the network infrastructure, while ensuring that it meets the organization's needs. He/she contributes to the evolution of Agropur's network ecosystem by participating in innovation projects, deploying tools and automations for physical, virtual and cloud environments.

  • Salary range 006 : $95,900 – $119,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role:

  • Serve as an escalation point for major network incidents, lead investigations, and ensure efficient issue resolution.

  • Act as a mentor within the team, actively participate in projects, and oversee technical implementations, failover plans, and hypercare periods.

  • Evaluate vendors, hardware, software/firmware, and provide recommendations aligned with business needs.

  • Prepare reports, communicate improvement plans, and ensure knowledge transfer to operations teams.

  • Design and maintain architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and operational procedures.

  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor network infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and efficiency.

  • Recommend and implement innovative, automated solutions to enhance network management and administration.

  • Oversee daily network monitoring, asset lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

  • Manage change control processes, validate access and configurations, and maintain data integrity in the CMDB.

  • Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, and external partners to align network solutions with business objectives.

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise network environments as a Network Administrator or Engineer.

  • Hands-on experience with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE, and Junos.

  • Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP.

  • Operational experience with: Wireless networks from major vendors like Cisco,SD-WAN solutions (e.g., VMware Velocloud), Next-generation firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet).

  • Cloud connectivity knowledge across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure environments.

  • Skilled in packet capture and network trace analysis (e.g., Wireshark).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.

  • Technical certifications considered an asset: PCNA (Palo Alto), CCNP (Cisco), FCP, FCSS (Fortinet).

  • Solid understanding of Wi-Fi concepts.

  • Scripting and automation experience using Bash/Shell or Perl/Python.

  • Familiarity with the following technologies is a strong asset: Cisco (switches, routers, firewalls, WLC, access points, ISE, Prime, DNA Center, Meraki, Nexus, Silicon One), Palo Alto, VMware Velocloud SD-WAN, F5 Big-IP, LogicMonitor, Wireshark, SolarWinds IPAM, Radius/TACACS, and TCP/IP protocol stack.
