Job Description
AECOMis currently seeking an Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer ( ORAT) Lead to join our team. This role is based on-site, out of Mississauga .
We are seekingtalented professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities:
Engages stakeholder sand establishes their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.
Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Identified dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in a management position.
Understanding of the aviation industry and holistic airport operations.
ORAT experience in large airport projects exceeding CAD $500M.
Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management-level reporting to enable effective decision-making.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Information
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $122,000.00 - $200,000.00.
